Speaking Engagements End 2019

Currently I have two conferences in the pipeline. The first is our local DataMinds Connect, the biggest Microsoft data platform conference of the BeNeLux. I’ll be giving a session about the Snowflake cloud data warehouse on Azure, which is pretty much the same one as the one I gave for DataGrillen.

The agenda of DataMinds Connect is fantastic: there are some great precons (I can’t choose!) and there are many great international and local speakers delivering top-notch content. So be sure to check out the agenda and if you’re interested, there’re still some tickets!

The second conference is one I’ll be speaking at for the very first time: Cloudbrew. It’s organized by the Belgian Azure User Group and it takes place at an old brewery (also the same location as DataMinds Connect btw). Beer and cloud, a good combination. I’ll be speaking about various methods to transfer data in Azure.

Moving Data around in Azure

In the Microsoft Data platform ecosystem in Azure, there are several possibilities to move data around. The choice can be overwhelming and it’s not always clear which option should be used.
In this session, we aim to give you an overview of a couple of products in Azure for data pipelines: Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Integration Services et cetera. At the end, you’ll have a better understanding of the various alternatives in Azure.

Be sure to check out their agenda as well!

I hope I see you at one of those events.
